Our first “My Tiny House™ Community” is located on a beautiful land which we called “The Groves“, in the village of Kavač, in the beautiful Unesco protected Bay of Kotor.

In the heart of Kavač , our first “My Tiny House™” community is located on a large piece of land that is surrounded by lush greenery. This land is made up of two-thirds pine trees and one-third olive grove, providing a perfect blend of natural beauty and agricultural charm. While there are no sea views from this location, the forest and mountain views are absolutely breath-taking.
One of the key advantages of this location is the privacy and tranquillity that it offers. The tiny houses are designed to blend in seamlessly with the natural surroundings, providing a peaceful retreat for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The pine trees provide shade and shelter, while the olive grove adds a touch of Mediterranean charm.
