This 1980s house sits atop the mountains of Costa Rica and has undergone renovations over the past decade. The room layout has been improved, and the external walls have been replaced with glass doors to better take in the breathtaking 360-degree forest view. An infinite pool and floating deck facing southeast provide the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Additionally, a fire pit facing the southern mountains has been built for nighttime relaxation.

The house has a homemade aqueduct system that transports pure, clear water directly from the mountain spring over 1000 feet away. The water is filtered twice before supplying the house.
