Single family designed in an upcoming neighborhood in the city. The House was designed around a courtyard, where all the main rooms are facing. Kitchen, living room and dining open towards the Courtyard integrating the interior and exterior as a big entertaining area.
The house has 3 beds/3 baths and an exterior Studio with private entrance above the garage. This house has been featured in the HGTV house hunter show.
The owner selected industrial style, so we used a lot of brick, wood and black iron and exposed ac duct in the interior of the house, including the kitchen and bathrooms. The floating stairs was specifically designed for this house.
A roof top deck was created for extra exterior space, entertaining and to enjoy the views and a nice urban sunset!
