As its name suggests, the 'Door' table is made from an original door from the building which was left over from the renovation, restored and given a brass trim.

The 'Palm' desk is curved to make it easier to navigate when the space is crowded and to reduce its visual weight. It is raised off the floor for the same reason.

The gallery is home to a range of art. The dining chairs are a classic design that occurs throughout Greece and the Middle East.

The kitchen is separated from the hallway by a bespoke brass and plywood bar and island. The custom-designed oversized 'Future' mirror opens up the relatively small kitchen and reflects light from the interior window, which was added to lighten the hallway.

The two light boxes on the far wall with the exposed steel piping have been treated as an art installation and are the first thing you see when you enter.

Here the storage banquette of birch plywood is split-level and curved to create a flowing effect. The art is by Martina Schumacher, a Berlin-based artist who does a mix of painting and more sculptural 3d work.

The toilet got a colourful revamp with thin wide tiles laid horizontally to widen the narrow space and a bespoke concrete sink on a custom-made stand to add lightness.

The ceiling in the small toilet appears so high that Little Greene's Ultra Blue was painted on it to bring it down. The colour is reminiscent of the sky at midnight.

Located in the bustling centre of Athens near the Old Parliament, this abandoned three-room office was converted into a gallery and event space. The two front offices were opened up into a large L-shaped gallery with the addition of an Art Deco-inspired arch and the dark back office was turned into a second toilet to accommodate guests during an event. The remainder of the back office became a kitchen that opens onto the hallway. An interior window was installed to bring more light into the hallway and two oversized mirrors were custom-designed to further open up the space. A vibrant cement tile floor with a bespoke pattern brings a moody atmospheric vibe to the darker interior spaces while the gallery now has a light grey micro cement floor with brass and marble inserts, giving it an airy and open feeling. Walls painted the same colour as the floor further enlarge the space and minimise distractions from the art. Lastly, moulding was put in to hark back to the 1930 construction year of the building and the original doors and handles were restored to their former glory.
