Calm, chic, peaceful, and planned … This captures the definition of the modern serenity found in an award-winning pool, spa and outdoor living design. Through the artistry of award -winning outdoor living designer Ryan Hughes, this luxury outdoor space presents an exquisite design allowing for year-around outdoor living with contemporary style.

Modern Serenity, is not only the name given the space by the designers, but also the vibe that springs forth from the enclosed 3,500 square foot retreat. With an impressive and collective purpose. A cooling walk-in pool, a fire-side infinity spa, and inspired areas for relaxation and gathering deliver a sense of serenity with a modern design style.

At the center of this oasis is a 1,000 square foot pool with multiple levels including walk-in steps and a cooling sun shelf. Totally encased in glistening glass tiles, the pool is highlighted with fire pots illuminating the area by Grand Effects.
