A residential project for the drummer of a world renowned punk band located in Long Beach, California. The project scope included a major upscale remodel of the interior and exterior of an existing 1954 ranch style house with the addition of a new master bedroom wing, pool, spa, linear fire pit, outdoor kitchen and landscape.
