The skyline of Hollywood Beach, one of South Florida’s most sought-after destinations, has been experiencing an exciting surge of high-design residential and hotel towers, and among the most recent designs, Hyde Beach House stands out as the epitome of a waterfront haven. The project, envisioned by famed Brazilian architect and interior designer Debora Aguiar, draws inspiration from its location on the Intracoastal Waterway and proximity to both beach and urban living.

With Hyde Beach House, Debora created an understated luxury experience by seamlessly incorporating greenery and natural lighting into each space. She is pairing raw, organic textures with sleek stones and glass to achieve the popular indoor-outdoor living scheme, which is evident throughout the building’s common and amenity spaces. A standout area is the project’s amazing atrium-inspired, double-height lobby with an oversized skylight. The space quickly establishes Hyde Beach House’s relationship with its surrounding landscape from the moment residents enter the property.

Debora’s vision best shines on the property’s lushly landscaped rooftop pool terrace. This area is a showcase of Debora’s signature aesthetic, which stems from her passions for sustainability and nature. Home to the building’s most over-the-top amenities, including an outdoor theater, screened tennis court and summer kitchen complete with granite countertops, the deck provides an instant getaway for all-day entertainment. The terrace is finished with earthy elements such as towering palm trees and fire pits to balance the contemporary offerings.

Debora also designed Hyde Beach House’ turnkey residences, priced from $430,000 to $1,000,000. The homes follow a similar achromatic color palette and boast open-concept layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows and wide private terraces. The aesthetic is an ode to the best parts of beachfront living and will bring residents closer to nature without ever leaving the comfort of their luxurious condo.

The interiors of Hyde Beach House have fun, unexpected elements such as subtle pops of color and unique geometric silhouettes to give the property depth. Debora wanted to emulate the Hyde brand, created by The Related Group and hospitality heavyweight sbe, which is known for its international flair and excellent taste. Having designed the first-ever Hyde property-- Hyde Resort & Residences, also located in Hollywood -- Debora wanted to bridge the two sister buildings by using cohesive design features that speak to the destination.
