The starting point for creating the concept was a reddish armchair made of bull leather, which the clients brought back from their travels. The clients also requested the use of brick and a fireplace in the living area, which we gladly supported and incorporated handmade brickwork in the electric fireplace finishing.

The unique feature of this project is that initially, we were given two open-plan apartments to design. There were only utility risers and load-bearing walls separating the two apartments.

We made the decision to create a separate master zone, where we placed a private bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a freestanding bathtub, and a large walk-in closet with a window. The master zone belongs to the apartment with the developer's square footage of 33 square meters.

In the second apartment, which we later merged with the first one, we created a large open kitchen-living area. We also incorporated an entrance hall, a guest bathroom, a laundry room, a study, and a bedroom for a teenage girl with her own bathroom in this area.

As a result, we achieved a functional and stylish space that caters to the client's needs and delights with a cozy atmosphere in every square meter.
