Inspiration for the Mitica 89 house is the central patio that breaks the main volume of the house and creates an interesting relation with a small park that is locate in the west side of the house.

In plan, the project is configured on three levels, on the basement the laundry and service area is locate, on the ground level level the kitchen, dinning room, living room, studio everything related with the central patio at last an upper level with 3 bedrooms and a family
tv room.

The construction of the house is mainly based on bricks and concrete structure. The facade is made of natural wood, local stone and a fine warm tone plaster that gives harmony to every space.
