Interior architecture of minimalist apartment with a "glass cube" office space was created for customers who are adherents of strict order in the house and love the beauty of natural materials.
Our customers did great research trying to choose the architects for their new apartment. They found us on Instagram and it was a perfect match! The key points of the future interior were functionality and practicality without overloaded decoration, and clear division into common and private zones, so that the owners could comfortably welcome their guests, relax and work at home.
Geometry, clear forms, lines, scales, proportions, and the perfect composition are paramount. The muted tones, marbled porcelain stoneware, wood, metal, glass, and natural textiles create a serene feeling which is the main goal for the owners.
Minimalism excludes any visual clutter, that’s why our architects spent a lot of time planning all storage systems. The spacious walk-in closet with an island is designed according to the customers needs. They counted the amounts of clothes, shoes, and accessories, their volume and length to properly plan the storage system.
This project began some years ago in early spring, and in April the Salone del Mobile exhibition happened in Milan. Designers went there together with customers to choose all the furniture – it was very important to sit on the sofas and chairs, and touch the finishes and textiles to make the right choice. This interior looks very strict, but it’s all about the feelings. The office with glass walls and the kitchen glass facades beautifully reflect the rays of the morning sun. The Amazing Lee Broom lamp in the dining zone is made of white pipes and chrome balls refers to futurism.
In the bathroom the combination of black and white porcelain stoneware with a marble pattern have a very graphic look, but at the same time cozy, especially for those who love minimalism.
We are keeping up with the times and are very open to all modern technologies, always following the innovations, and happily the owners turned out to be the same. They participated in the selection of all systems – we integrated “smart home” and “multi-room” systems, and the most advanced ventilation system with air purification and humidification.
