RS3 DESIGNS, transformed Midblock’s model units into unique statement residences all carrying a different style and feel. All units were designed with state of the art kitchens from Italkraft and Ornare as well as pristine bathrooms with integrated marble and quartzite counters and sinks.
The floors sport a perfect white with a combination of the raw concrete ceilings; others have dark gray floors that give the space a more New York loft feeling. The furniture adds to the look with sleek lines, keeping the space airy and clean while the combination of the black and white keeps the space modern.
With clean modern lighting from Delta played a huge role in the design, giving the space the energy needed to light the space. Flush lighting in the walls creates the ambiance of being on a yacht, while enjoying the amazing views from the 32nd floor.
Most of the walls in the home were replaced with glass making the spaces look larger and allowing unobstructed views of the ocean in the bedroom and bathrooms, bringing the outside in.
