With views across the Georgia Strait, this Mid-Century Modern home, set atop a hill, had good bones and plenty of potential. Our clients purchased the home and immediately had aspirations to restore it to it's former glory, and beyond. D3 has worked with the homeowners on numerous details and updates in regards to the restoration/ updating process. the home now features Cedar siding and cement fiber panels on the exterior, new windows & doors, trim and new paint and modern finishes. New tinted glass garage doors have been added to enclose the former carport and create the environment required for an automotive enthusiast. Extensive Landscaping and gardening has also been added to this home.
