The apartment is primarily influenced by mid-20th-century Brazilian modern design.
Following this concept, dark woods were used, a striking feature of that era, but reinterpreted in a contemporary manner.

The neutral and elegant base serves as a backdrop to highlight signature furniture, such as Oscar Niemeyer's "Poltrona Alta”. The layout of the social area was designed to create a large conversation space, where the furniture composition alternates between sofas and armchairs.

Other highlights of this environment include the 'Pétala' coffee table, 'Onda' bench, and 'BG' trolley by designer Jorge Zalszupin.

Creating a more intimate atmosphere, a second living area was designed with a bar function. Here, armchairs by Zanine de Caldas, a major modernist architect from the mid-20th century, are used.

The office blends iconic pieces from international design, such as the Chesterfield sofa, and national pieces, like the 'BEG' chair by Sérgio Rodrigues. With a dual function, the space also serves as a private library.

In the master suite, the contrast between wood and white are dominant. Designers like André Ferri are mixed with sentimental objects of the client, like an old trunk.
