For this West Village apartment we amplified the 2 key attributes of the existing space: amazing views towards midtown Manhattan and the original vaulted ceiling structure. The plan maximizes light and views by direction towards the windows and living space. A new kitchen, new bathroom and new dressing room are crafted in the rear of the apartment, while a new glass and steel wall creates a sleeping nook in the center.
