Logan Square Historic Rowhouse Renovation
The home is located on a small tree lined historic street in Philadelphia's Logan Square neighborhood.

This project was the complete renovation of a historic row home in the Logan Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. Located on a small tree-lined street, the street elevation was required to be restored to the standards of Philadelphia's Historic Comission. In the rear, a light filled, contemporary addition and kitchen renovation opens to a redesigned garden that provides additional outdoor living and dining spaces. The interiors maintain elements of the home's historic character for a serene mix of old and new.
