Who says little can’t be grand?
With the original house a wee 480 square feet, our client wanted an extra flex space to hang out, record music and entertain friends. this sweet lil quarter pint (250 square feet) accessory structure comes complete with soaring ceilings, tons of natural light, an LG art mini split for heating and cooling and a full bath with walk in shower.
