Linden Grove

Located on a large lot in a Rural, treelined neighborhood in Boulder, Linden Grove is a modern interpretation of the local agricultural and rural vernacular. Two parallel gables shield a private orchard, gardens and pool from adjacent neighbors and street.

The exterior is cladded with warm, weathered grey cedar with black accented roofs details and board formed concrete site walls. The interior is a rich compilation of blackened steel, board formed concrete, marble and white oak. Divided light connects the light filled dining room and interior spaces to a lush private garden. The Linden Grove residence is designed to be both airy and intimate.
