1959 Meiselman built mid-century modern home. Involved removing poorly enclosed porch (sunroom) and laundry closet, and addition of 600+ sq ft new entry/foyer, laundry, 3rd bathroom, and formal living/sunroom, plus outdoor shower. as well as reslope of garage roof (also requiring complete rebuild as was formerly only carport that was enclosed poorly). Together the addition plus new garage slope create new facade/roofline that is a true "butterfly" mid-century modern look.
