Ipês House explores the natural slope of the land and promotes a balanced lifestyle in harmony with the environment. The project is organized into two volumes: the lower volume houses a basement dedicated to the gym and social areas on the ground floor, while the upper volume contains the viewing terrace and five suites.
The internal gardens segment the wellness, social, and service areas. The wellness area, integrated with the gym, includes a sauna, hot tub, and massage space, complemented by an office and a game room in the private area. At the front of the lot, there is the garage, storage spaces, and both the social and support kitchens. The garden at the back of the property includes the gourmet veranda, living and dining rooms, home theater, and a VIP suite, all with views of the native forest and access to the organically shaped pool, surrounded by greenery.
The interior design maintains a dialogue with the wooded exterior, incorporating internal gardens and furniture in warm tones. The use of materials such as wood, fabrics, and copper enhances the harmony between the surrounding nature and the clean, light lines that define Ipês House.
In a commitment to sustainability, the residence features automated lighting, while the gardens are equipped with automated irrigation systems, and the pool is fitted with solar heating, both passive and active.
