HOP - retrofit consists of many elements : redesign of the facade, redesign of the square, new common areas, redesign of the parking space, new restaurant at the ground floor, apartment for artist in residency, offices for new tenants. This complex vision makes this place an example of how often neglected architecture of the 90's can be attractive and more human than many modern workplaces. By saving this building we have changed the perception of the whole area - that it was close to the city centre but a bit forgotten and empty.
