History Restored - Historic Front Porch Addition

This turn of the century home had a large expansive front porch originally part of its prairie four-square design. At some point in the home's long history, the porch was demolished. After a nearly year long zoning and village discussion, LivCo worked with the homeowners and Village to allow a new porch to be built, but this time as enclosed and conditioned with four season usability.
