The Hause Building, designed by Bohrer Arquitetos, stands out for its flexible spaces and customized design. Offering private areas ranging from 127 to 139 square meters and three floor plan options — with two or three suites — the project allows for highly flexible layouts. The variety of finishes reflects a contemporary lifestyle, promoting freedom of choice and sophistication. A variety of finishes reflects a contemporary lifestyle, promoting freedom of choice and sophistication. Launched this year, the development is situated in the Gleba Palhano neighborhood in Londrina, one of the city’s most sought-after areas.
Bohrer Arquitetos has integrated a design that connects the building with the city, fostering a seamless interaction between public and private spaces. Traditional walls are replaced by landscape design, creating a natural transition from the urban environment to the building’s communal areas. Access points formed by pergolas and glass, along with an exclusive square at the entrance, reinforce this connection while establishing a striking identity. Entryways marked by pergolas and glass volumes, along with an exclusive plaza at the entrance, reinforce this connection while establishing a distinctive identity. Large openings and wood-effect brise-soleils on the facade balance privacy with visual openness, while natural materials, such as wood, add timeless sophistication to the design.
The common areas showcase spatial fluidity. The indoor and outdoor pools are designed to create a sense of visual continuity, allowing residents to enjoy recreational spaces with unobstructed views. Pathways throughout the building lead to various social spaces, including the event hall and a private pool in the Gourmet area, conceived as an extension of the home. The project’s design emphasizes hospitality and convenience, featuring an on-site convenience store and dedicated areas for parcel deliveries.
Beyond its striking architectural approach, Hause prioritizes residents’ well-being with spaces that encourage interaction and relaxation. The playground, integrated with the playroom, is designed to promote children’s sensory development, while sports facilities such as a tennis court and a fully equipped fitness center cater to residents’ active lifestyles. The architectural concept goes beyond aesthetics, aiming to create a living experience in harmony with contemporary needs.
Located near Lake Igapó and surrounded by services, parks, and dining options, Hause embodies an architecture committed to comfort, sophistication, and harmonious integration with its surroundings.
