This major renovation of a century-old cottage in downtown guelph marks a change in lifestyle for our clients, a newly retired couple with grown-up children. The pair decided to move from Brampton Ontario, to start their retirement green and entirely car-free. The new, deep energy retrofit boasts 6 inches of low GWP (Global Warming Potential) spray foam, extremely efficient systems, an impressive air change rate of only 1.3ACH@50pa, and an EnerGuide rating of 82, making it an incredibly green home that our clients will enjoy for decades to come.
