In order to satiate our client’s love of gardening and provide a refuge from foggy evenings in San Francisco, the Garden House was built as a restful retreat. Immediate connection with nature and the extensive garden guided the design and interior layouts. Sets of large French doors open along the length of the home front, bringing fresh herbs just steps from the kitchen. With a single bed and bath, the home is a true cottage.
