From SAS ARCHITECTS
Built and designed by SAS architects, the Gallery House is an example of contemporary architecture which seeks the harmony between functionality and aesthetics. Surrounded by iconic art pieces, The Gallery house mix simplicity and abstraction to enhance its spaces
The residence is planned in two levels. The first and second floor are connected by a double height space, which provides a sensation of great amplitude, allowing natural light inside.
The bedrooms are isolated in the upper floor for privacy purposes, a long hallway connects these spaces and at the same time, it allows to have an infinite view through the double height window, allowing the user to experience the great magnitude while walking through the hallway
Each room has been designed with different influences, from neoclassical to deconstructivism, the architects strive to make each space a true reflection of each person character, making it a unique experience for each member of the family
Each piece of decoration was meticulously chosen: sculptures, paintings, chandeliers, furniture, which added a unique and iconic look to each area. Most of the showpieces were found in local boutiques and showrooms which added a sense of modernity and abstraction to the house
