Under Construction. A 3,000 sq ft retreat, cantilevered over an ocean facing, cliffside lot. Volumes are stacked and arranged perpendicular to form a 30' cantilever and create side spaces for occupiable deck. The structure is a large 14’ tall vierendeel steel frame.
