A young family reached out to LTD with the desire to transform and upgrade the interior living spaces of their row house to make them more functional and family friendly. A warm, modern kitchen anchored by a large central island now serves the living floor as a place to gather - whether for meals, work, homework, or simply having a seat. Windows and doors were replaced to improve energy performance, and upstairs two bathrooms were renovated as well. New railings throughout the vertically organized home tie the new to the existing.
