Fire Island 4

Built by the previous generation, was renovated and expanded to bring it into the twenty-first century. Therefore, maintaining the tone of the existing house was a prime objective for this renovation and expansion. Rise enlarged living areas on the upper level, adding a den and powder room, along with a covered patio that leads onto a generous deck area. Downstairs, a new master suite was added. Rise collaborated with Beatrice Interiors to create an updated and brighter interior. The new rooftop deck has sweeping views of the town and the water.
