DESIGN IDEAS:
"Working for People Housing Need was always my dream, and I am honored to be leading it alongside the design, construction team, and subcontractors," Meheroze says. The most important factor for Meheroze and his team while designing FEROZA is context. This is one of the primary causes of FEROZA's distinctive and distinctive local flavor, which is suitably represented in all significant design choices, from the Basic Concept to the most vital construction details.

For instance, the primary vertical circulation spine, which includes the stair case, lift core, and lobby, is purposefully positioned to the rear north to guarantee air from the south orientation, since the heart of VASTU-KALA prioritizes south air ventilation. As a result, FEROZA travels with street visibility at the intersection of roads.

DESIGN METHOD:

The G+8; nine storied FEROZA displays several Strategies & Meheroze explained, “I truthfully consider that Architecture needs to be weaved with the people and the nature concerning Context, History & Heritage. Meheroze aims to embody the synergy of the Architecture can be felt in the main concepts of this project and in the conviction that architecture can be done differently, & people will prefer to invent, or reinvent their environment.

In the core ideas of this project and in the belief that architecture can be done in a variety of ways and that people will want to invent or reinvent their surroundings, Meheroze seeks to exemplify the synergy of architecture.

DESIGN BRIEF:

FEROZA has built a comprehensive expertise in building construction, renovation, and transformation. The foundation of every project that Meheroze and the Design Team finish is air from the south, cross ventilation, openness, lighting, and alignment. Among other factors, careful oversight over the whole project execution process from the beginning to the end of construction accounts for the significance placed on finishing touches and the overall caliber of its accomplishments.

SPATIAL EXPRESSION:

The ground floor of FEROZA is functionally designed, with a major entrance to the north and a straight driveway with parking on both sides for vehicles. With key services like the electro-mechanical room, caretaker room, and common restroom in the rear of the building, the entry gate provides easy access to the vertical circulation spine of the lift and stairs. A small number of ground-level plantations and green zone areas have been positioned in a close manner on both the front and rear sides.

FEROZA is a nine-story building with a total of 16 apartment units, two on each floor. Every type of unit has three large bedrooms, contemporary living space, a dining area, and a family area that is serviced by areas like the kitchen & Kitchen & Kitchen Verandah, 3 Wash Rooms (2 attached & 1 common) along with maximum numbers of Balconies both attached & common.

SOCIAL RELATIONS:

Meheroze takes inspiration from local history and customs in FEROZA, re-imagining old themes and incorporating them into modern design while placing a strong focus on the interrelationships between community, humanity, and mother nature.

Throughout the creation process, a sizable working team collaborates with an amazing constellation of contributors. Masons, carpenters, painters, electricians, cabinetmakers, ceramics workers, and welders are among the workers who have built connections with FEROZA that go beyond business; they comprehend their goals and work together to achieve the highest possible standard of excellence.
