A large modern Whistler Chalet built into a challenging and steep site on one of the last remaining lots within the subdivision. The site affords incredible views to the north-west and is built into the slope of the hillside.
The build is one of the first houses to be submitted under the new BC Step Code. Whistler requires all new builds to achieve Step 3, or Step 4 with basement exclusion. Our design targets, and exceeds Step 4.
