This residence was thoughtfully designed and built as a warm, soulful family home—one that prioritizes functionality, natural materials, and timeless craftsmanship. Every space reflects a deep attention to detail and a commitment to blending beauty with everyday living.

At the core of the home, the kitchen serves as a central gathering place. A sculptural Calacatta Monet marble island anchors the space, surrounded by custom oak cabinetry, aged brass fixtures, and Belgian bluestone accents. Handmade pendant lights, designed specifically for this project, provide a soft, ambient glow that enhances the atmosphere and highlights the room’s thoughtful composition.

The custom double steam shower offers a retreat-like experience. Handmade cotto tile envelops the space in rich, tonal warmth, while aged brass fixtures bring a timeless elegance that will continue to develop character over time. With dual shower heads and a built-in bench, the layout offers comfort and functionality, transforming daily routines into moments of calm.

The primary bedroom was conceived as a serene retreat. Roman clay plaster walls introduce texture and warmth, complemented by wide-plank oak flooring and salvaged hand-hewn box beams overhead. A curated blend of custom furnishings and vintage elements lends the room a collected, layered feel. Steel-framed doors lead to a private balcony that offers ocean views—a quiet, peaceful extension of the space.

This home balances refined materiality with soulful storytelling, resulting in an environment that feels both elevated and deeply livable.
