Deyncourt

Designed by SMPL Design Studio, Deyncourt is a modern/Scandinavian two storey infill home featuring harsh black standing seam, brick and Corten steel on the outside and warm wood and inviting millwork on the inside.

The home features a courtyard that flanks the staircase, office and living room. An inviting woodburning fireplace is the centrepiece of the sunken living room that is home to a custom wrap around couch that creates a defined but connected area. The linear kitchen is home to a hidden pantry that is complete with a keg fridge.

The rear elevation has a prominent covered porch with a swim spa that gets the pool duties done without taking up too much space.

From the footings up Deyncourt is fully wrapped in insulation with an ICF foundation and continuous breathable insulation on all walls.
