Terra and One Thousand Group —developers of Villa Miami, the first luxury condominium tower branded by the hospitality powerhouse Major Food Group (MFG)—have unveiled the project’s newly opened sales gallery. Offering an exclusive preview into the coveted first-ever MFG residential experience, the sales gallery is designed by Charles & Co.’s Vicky Charles, marking the designer’s first Miami condo project.
“We’re thrilled to unveil Villa Miami and the Major Food Group residential experience, which will set a new standard for luxury living globally,” said Jeff Zalaznick, Co-Founder of Major Food Group, which will fully operate hospitality and lifestyle programming at Villa. “The MFG brand is built on a philosophy of boundless opulence and an unwavering dedication to quality and service—and we are uniquely suited to bring this groundbreaking vision to life.”
Located at 2742 Biscayne Boulevard, the MFG-curated sales gallery is a prelude to Villa’s unparalleled lifestyle. From the moment they arrive, visitors are enveloped by the brand’s ethos, greeted by MFG-trained attendants, and invited to a sampling of Italy’s best espressos, coffees and teas served in Ginori Italian porcelain, alongside fresh juices and signature cocktails. MFG Co-Founder, Mario Carbone, created the menu to provide a vivid glimpse of the residential tower’s unparalleled food and beverage programming.
A nod to Villa’s culinary and social amenities, the sales gallery is anchored by a full-scale bar where baristas and bartenders serve MFG favorites. To further elevate the experience, the space also introduces the first-ever collaboration between Mario Carbone and Vicky Charles with models of the chef’s gorgeous, bespoke residential kitchens for Villa. Born from the synergy of Carbone and Charles, the kitchen features CornuFé series ovens and stovetops from La Cornue, Wolf appliances, and pasta sinks that marry a traditional culinary ethos with state-of-the-art standards.
The sales gallery also provides a look into the residential master baths with a model that is highlighted by a curved, deep-soaking tub looking over panoramic water views. All of Villa’s primary suites offer sweeping ocean views, a lounge area and direct balcony access. The primary en-suite bathrooms also feature Greige Onyx Porcelain walls and countertops, travertine porcelain floors, fluted glass shower doors and custom Italian wood vanities.
“It’s exciting for us to design another first for the Miami market,” Vicky Charles. “We created a space that perfectly encapsulates not just the project’s commitment to excellent design and luxury, but also functionality, comfort and form.”
Recognized for her client roster, from Goop to David and Victoria Beckham, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher and more, Charles brings a uniquely European sensibility to the space’s interior. Departing from traditional shapes and textures, Charles designed the sales gallery to be rooted in romance, noble materials and warmth that complement the tower’s waterfront setting. Inspired by the building’s stunning location, sitting on the bay’s edge, the design references cosmopolitan European destinations like Venice and the romance of the French Riviera.
“This is the first time people will be able to experience the possibility of living in a condo powered by visionaries like Vicky Charles and Major Food Group,” says David Martin, CEO of Terra. “This unique integration with a culinary brand sets out to create a statement about home life and community. Every component of this project is based on glamorizing and romanticizing everyday experiences to invoke a feeling within visitors and residents.”
“We had the privilege of collaborating with Vicky Charles and being introduced to her work at One Thousand Museum,” says Kevin Venger, co-president of One Thousand Group. “We’re extremely proud to be working with her on her first-ever condo building.”
Villa rises 55 stories and boasts a selection of full and half-floor vertical estate-style residences at the edge of Miami’s East Edgewater neighborhood. From a rooftop helipad and poolside service, the building’s expansive amenity roster features diverse spa and wellness spaces, access to a branded off-site beach club, fitness studios, an elevated pool deck fully serviced by MFG-trained staff and outfitted with a variety of lounges and more. Additionally, the tower will unveil a new on-site, two-story MFG restaurant with private lounge space for residents.
