The park-like grounds (10 acres) are equipped with a tennis court, 55’ private pool and large hot tub, playground, bocce ball court and sports lawn. The property is near a variety of stunning hiking trails. A short stroll will take you to a neighboring organic farm where fresh produce gets plucked right out of the ground on request! These features make this an ideal destination for a variety of interests including bird, deer and bunny watching, hiking/exercising or simply lounging in the pool. There are plenty of sunny spots for open-air dining or pure relaxation and contemplation. With 360 degree unobstructed mountain views, the sunsets are spectacular here. There are two terraced decks on opposite sides of the pool that draw the guest bungalow and the main house into a beautiful symmetry of communal space. The property also features a fire pit and lounge areas for family gathering and roasting of s’mores.
