This modest two storey addition generated a lot of buzz inside and out, featured by Metrie in their marketing material and website.
The interior features fully reclaimed floor and roof joists as well as tongue and groove flooring. The reclaimed materials were left exposed and were refinished in place, leaving a heritage feeling to gush over.
Adding a powder room, laundry and living room on the main floor with a primary bedroom and ensuite on the second.
