Conacaste House

Welcome to Conacaste House.

We designed this house around a centennial tree with a trunk of 3 meters in diameter and more than 30 meters high.

Everything was planned around the Conacaste: from how to enter the house, what views to frame, where to open the spaces and even what type of foundations would intervene as little as possible in the root system.

We designed it for a family that from the beginning was very clear that the most important thing was to be able to spend their day around the tree, the nature of the land and the views of the city of San Salvador.
