This addition to an existing Victorian gem in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood replaced a rundown 1980's addition. The existing house and the new addition were linked by a glass enclosed open stair case that was used as a transition between the restored Victorian home and the modern addition. The addition features a large kitchen, den, guest bedrooms, a large master suite and a playroom featuring ziplines and and hanging rope "loft".
