Charette residence

This tropical modern residence on the Port St Lucie River is certified Florida green build with a Florida native landscape. This house is 3200 sq ft 2 story. The design was inspired by the owner love for outrigger canoeing. The design elements show casing this are the curved solar wall and arching roofs. The site was designed with the guest house and garage facing the street and the connecting walkway angled 16% to the corner of the property to talk advantage of the views of the river. The covered patios, solar walls and
modern eyebrows protect the windows. The interior finishes are midcentury with an industrial flare.
