CAYE SERENO project is located on Tuan Chau island with an area of 6 hectares on a total project planning of 500 hectares, Caye sereno has a prime location hidden inside the island with a long strip of land occupying a corner of the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay, the entire project has a view overlooking the natural wonders of the bay, this separate residential area is like a fairyland where luxury and privilege with world wonders are what the upper class often choose for themselves this luxurious lifestyle.
REAL(MT&A) and MK27 are responsible for the design and implementation of the 6-hectare project including 62 villas and utilities to serve this luxury area. Facing the timeless values of nature, the design aims at heritage views so that every view from 62 villas can see the wonder, the facades are spread horizontally, the column structures are minimized by large span beams, the rooms facing the bay are opened to the maximum without any columns blocking, the open spaces with sliding glass doors allow unlimited views, the entire structure of the house is hung on the load-bearing walls, this frees the entire structure of the building and the house seems to hang suspended in the midst of the majestic nature, to feel the house standing on the ground with safe vision, the natural stone blocks act as a cover structure for the long concrete panels exceeding the span, this feeling allows the house to cling to the ground and the unlimited view in the house is maximized without anything unrealistic in visual art. This is one of the international-class projects that we have designed and built in 4 years to restore nature and limit too much intervention in destroying nature, helping people to have good spaces to enjoy without destroying the environment before nature.
