A modern kitchen provides guests with all amenities including a coffee maker, dishwasher, custom wood cabinets and stainless steal appliances. A large dining table comfortably accommodates 6 guests and a granite countertop welcomes 2 more. Ceiling fans are located throughout the house, including the living room, kitchen, all bedrooms and office. Enjoy the sounds of nature as you enjoy your coffee in this breezy setup. The master suite is located on this main level and features air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with open-air shower, Jacuzzi tub and double sinks, comfortable king size bed with luxurious linens and a private sliding door entrance to the pool patio for privacy and convenience. The second floor welcomes guests to an additional 2 guest bedrooms, each featuring unbeatable canopy and ocean views and a shared full bathroom with a walk in shower. A spacious office is included and contains a full size futon which can easily accommodate extra guests, allowing flexibility for larger families or groups.
