Three stone-clad volumes articulated by glass connectors make up this house, responding to an architectural program designed specifically for the owners. The reading of the environment and the application of environmental strategies dictate the morphology and experience of the residence, achieving LEED Silver Certification for homes.
The result is a spatial coherence between different elements, forming an architectural composition with transitions of light and shadow, sister materials, spatial hierarchies, natural atmospheres and fleeting perspectives.

Each volume responds independently to a specific program, maintaining constant principles of spatial modulation, materiality, natural lighting and shelter. This program subdivision gives scale to a project with a broad program, dictates a clear volumetry and marks the specific routes of the residence.

An approach from a multidisciplinary perspective managed to comprehensively agree the landscape project, the architecture and the environment of the interior space. The result is a spatial coherence between different elements, unifying the architecture with its privileged environment.

Sustainable building principles were incorporated into the design and construction to create a high-performance building that is friendly to the environment and the building's occupants. As a measure of sustainability, the project uses the LEED for Homes standards (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Houses) endorsed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

The resulting object is an architectural composition made up of different elements that are located in its environment, presenting experiences with transitions of light and shadow, sister materials, spatial hierarchies, natural atmospheres and high environmental standards.
