The property is located in a winery & vineyard in St. Helena, CA. The winery's name is Napa De Oro.
The owners are from the Philippines and have recently purchased the lot.
We were brought on to renovate and furnish the entire property that has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths.
We refreshed the space using elements that felt organic and true to the exterior surroundings. We wanted to not take away the incredible landscape views of the garden & vineyard.
The owners are using this property for their winery business. It will be listed for a Guest House to guests of the winery. Believe it or not, because of the urgency to begin marketing the property, the entire project was completed in 3 months! (record breaking in times of covid, if you ask me!) We're also currently working on the 2nd property on the lot, which the owners will utilize for their personal vacation home! It could be a good follow up article as well.
