We renovated an apartment for a writer who made it big in the big city. Our goal was to maximize the space available while maintaining openness and brightness. We removed a tiny and contentious closet in order to make way for Superdesk. Extending from the bedroom to the living room, Superdesk unifies the apartment while serving as both a writer’s desk and vanity. We modernized the kitchen and bathroom to make a sharp space as ambitious as its owner.
