From FirstPage Properties

Located between the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains at Los Cerritos B.C.S, near Todos Santos.

This rugged, ocean meets the desert 1/2 acre property was purchased in January 2021 and the grounds that the bungalow once sat on was not on the grid and was essentially an abandoned surf shack about 10mins walk from the local surf-break and one of the very few swimmable beaches on the Pacific side of B.C.S. It is also one of the longest stretches' with access from the property to the more secluded side of beach.

Since the time of purchase it has been professionally designed with a local architectural firm and built with local construction tradesman. It is sympathetic to the surrounding environment and incorporates the character and spirit of the Baja. It also features as a unique construction project in an area that is seeing bustling growth in construction and development.

This project is not your typical concrete white box. It is a meld of Mexican design and modern comfort. It also is eco friendly with recycled or reclaimed water which will be used to feed tropical gardens. A water purification system provides clean drinkable water throughout the property thus eliminating all bottled water. It is on the electrical grid but also has redundant natural gas generator power with solar to come in the next phase of the project
