Bollinger Residence

Set on a bluff above the Pacific Ocean near Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, this residence is a response to the site and client aspirations. The design harnesses western views and breezes offered from the perch above Sunset Blvd. It was designed and built in a fire resilient manner. During the recent Palisades fire, the house was one of the few on the block to survive the flames that destroyed houses to either side of the structure. The client has told us the seven years they have lived in the house have been some of the most fulfilling years of their family's time together.
