A family of 3 who is expecting their second child, reached out to me with a desire to remodel their kid's bathroom and moving the washer/dryer which was in the garage, to be inside the house.

They said on a side note, that they will remodel their master bathroom in the future, as a phase two project. After taking measurements of the house, I started playing around with the space and realized that if we move a few walls and change the entire layout of the bathrooms, which shared a wall, we can gain a new kid's bathroom, an upgraded master bathroom, a walk-in closet for the master unit and a niche for the washer.

This change also added new built-in TV cabinets and hallway cabinets for storage and books. So what started as a small project, has become a larger one but the clients gained two upgraded bathrooms and also a brand new TV wall which became an amazing focal wall for the entire 1500sf house.

Since the bathrooms are located at the heart of the house, right in the middle, I decided to make lemonade from a lemon and use those walls as a major focal point for the entire house. One that you can definitely not miss from every angle you look. Thankfully I had the most amazing clients who were on board with the idea and loved the end result.
