From Andrea Halley-Wright

I had been living in this Tequesta neighborhood for many years and I often took long evening walks. I was especially intrigued by this home because it sits back from the road and the vegetation was overgrown. When I heard it was on the market, I was curious to see the interior. Once I walked in the front door, I knew this house had great potential.

The house was built in 1989, it’s a split level that required numerous updates. The home features high ceilings, numerous glass sliding doors; creating an abundance of natural light, and majestic views.

My husband and I decided to create a modern-coastal vibe both inside and out. My love for color and patterns became the
focal point for all the interiors. When I came across a citrus botanical print, I knew this fabric would be repeated throughout the home's interiors to create a tropical ambiance.

Now fully restored from the interiors to the exteriors to the landscaping, this timeless casual yet elegant home is perfect for entertaining. When we host guests outdoors we have a pool for family fun and a stylish patio for cocktail parties and alfresco dinners. And, we just love the waterfall in the pond which serves as the perfect backdrop.

I will be sharing mostly the "after" photos but I will also show some of the 'befores'.
