Two detached newly designed and constructed townhouses with luxury appointments inside and out. Metal roofs and Modern Mill siding highlight an exterior of simple elegance floating above the grounded smooth stucco walls with a metal dutch door by Pinky's marks the entrance. White oak floors and cabinetry throughout as well as feature walls of Portola lime-wash and Texas limestone at the gas fireplaces. Exposed beams, as well as carefully placed skylights throughout the primary suite offer comfortable natural light with optimum privacy yet walking distance to the sand.
