Bailey Park

Bailey is a master-planned 15-home community built on the mountains overlooking the city of Pittsburgh. Each parcel and home is custom-designed to both its position in the masterplan and the client's needs. The masterplan is adjunct to a large wooded city park, which allows the front of the homes to be an extension of a traditional urban neighborhood. In contrast, the rear of the homes opens directly onto a wooded park with views of the city beyond. Materials with a natural look and feel were assembled to allow the homes to complement the natural backdrop where they reside. Clean design lines, open floor plans, and warm finishes allow the homes to feel contemporary yet livable.
