The requirement stems from a fund manager that has expanded and needs to renovate its facilities, replacing them with more spacious and adequate ones. The place given is an open plan of approximately 800 m2 in a new building located in a wealthy neighborhood of Santiago.
An axis of symmetry orders the program into two parts: an internal one of a more public nature, which contains offices and an open work pool; and another more private one where the management offices, the board meeting room, the reception and the waiting area for clients are located.

The entire perimeter of the plant is glazed, which is why the offices and meeting rooms are located on the edges and the services (such as bathrooms, kitchenette, server rooms, etc.) colonize the nucleus. The chromatic proposal proposes a range of grays that go from white to black. The multi-programmatic core is clad in black silk-screened glass to generate reflections and accentuate the lighting work in the skies, where lines of LED lighting vanish into the length of the space.

The public work areas have carpet flooring to reduce noise, while the private area has stone floors to differentiate its use.
